Originally released in 1984, the Forum came in high, mid and low-top versions, this mid version comes in white and Satellite blue leather with a perforated toe box and features a tonal white textured midsole, three stripe branding on the sides and embossed adidas Original's logos on the strap and heel, and an embossed brand logo on the midsole.
